Ideal Standard, a leading provider of bathroom solutions, is taking its Little Van of Big Ideas on a tour of regional housebuilders across the UK. During the roadshow, developers and architects will be able to explore Ideal Standard’s latest products and seek advice from the company’s experts on any strategic or practical issues they are facing.
Torton have produced a motorised display vehicle including the fit out internally with the latest in bathroom hardware. Torton have used many different methods in order to keep the weight of the overal conversion down to a minimum, and the set-up on arrival at the differnet locations also as short as possible. From arrival, the vehicle is ready to be shown off in just 5 minutes.
For the venues which are not able to provide power to the vehicle, an inverter battery system has been installed to enable the vehicle to be stand alone and self-sufficient.
Torton's dedicated roadshow manager operates the vehicle full time and acts as part of the Ideal Standard staff. The vehicle is kept stocked at all times with drinks and literature and kept clean in-between appointments.The vehicle is stored over the weekend when not in use at Torton's dedicated transport facilty in Shropshire which is where all Torton's transport management clients vehicles operate from.
